There are three Dallas County natives on Auburn’s football roster for the upcoming season. Head coach Tommy Tuberville said he’s looking for all three to step up and play a role.
With the first game only a month away Tuberville said he feels confident in the Tigers’ ability to get the job done.
Tuberville said Carnell Williams is going to be healthy going into the season, and the Tigers are planning on getting him the ball at least 25 times a game. &uot;We are a lot faster at wide receiver this year than we have been, and that will help us throw the ball down field more&uot; Tuberville said.
With all of these things working for the Auburn Tigers this year, and the addition of the three Selma players, it looks as the Tigers are out for a good season.
