Ollie Mae Fuqua

Ollie Mae Fuqua, 81, of Marion, died Monday, July 7, 2003, at her residence.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, at Marion Church of God with the Rev. Mike Chandler officiating. Burial will be in Way Cross Cemetery with Kirk Funeral Homes directing.

Survivors include three sons, Michael T. Morrison and Randall D. Morrison of Marion, and Timothy P. Morrison of Greensboro; a daughter, Nancy M. Brewer of Marion; six brothers, Lewis Fuqua of Selma, William Fuqua of Cantonment, Fla., Lloyd Fuqua of Maplesville, Ernest Fuqua of Knoxville, Tenn., Edward Fuqua of Pace, Fla., and James Fuqua of Mobile; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Active pallbearers are Sam Brewer, Dan Brewer, Timmy Morrison, Scott Morrison, Danny Crocker, and James McLeod.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel.

Maggie Williams

Maggie Williams, 95, of Demopolis died June 29, 2003, at Bryan Whitfield Hospital.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, at New Hope Baptist Church in Demopolis with the Rev. Mitchell Congress officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Cemetery in Demopolis with Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors directing.
