I TOTALLY AGREE WITH "I SAW WHAT YOU DID IN SELMA" I HAVE BEEN IN THE SAME PLACE, BUT DIDN'T QUALIFY B/C 2 MONTHS OUT OF A YEAR I GOT PAID 3 TIMES A MONTH INSTEAD OF TWICE, $50 KNOCKED ME OUT OF GETTING HELP, DOES THAT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE? AND THE FUNNY THING IS THAT I DONT HAVE CABLE, AND HOUSE PHONE, JUST SO I KNOW I CAN KEEP POWER AND NECESSITIES FOR MY FAMILY...........I JUST THINK THAT THIS TOWN NEEDS TO LOOK FURTHER INTO THESE PEOPLE THAT THEY CONSIDER LOW INCOME, I PERSONALLY CONSIDER MYSELF ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE, BUT I DON'T MAKE THAT DECISION, DON'T MISUNDERSTAND ME, I'M NOT ON A PITTY POT, B/C I BELIEVE THAT YOU APPRECIATE THINGS MORE WHEN YOU DO IT ON YOUR OWN...IT'S JUST SOMETIMES EVERYONE NEEDS A LITTLE HELP...NOT JUST DEAD BEATS

i think this is a great idea for low income families, but i also believe everyone should have the oppurtunity to live in these apts. there are many people who work and have children that have difficulty finding affordable housing. just because there are 2 parents in a household that work full time jobs doesn't mean they don't have financial problems...i know this first hand when i first moved here i went to see about leasing one of these apts., and the receptionist looked at me and asked how many in the family, then i guess she assumed i made alot of money b/c i was in scrubs, and made it a point to let me know if we made over this amount that we couldn't live there, why not just give me an application and go from there....

I HAVE JUST ONE QUESTION, ARE YOU FROM SELMA KATIE? WE AS A COMMUNITY DON'T NEED TO ADD MORE FUEL TO THE FIRE....IT HAS BECOME HARD TO LIVE IN THIS TOWN, DUE TO THE NEGATIVITY. I'M SURE THAT YOUR JOB IS TO RESEARCH MATERIAL TO HELP CREATE YOUR HEADLINE, BUT I'M SURE IF EVERYONE READS AND WATCHES TV, THEY ALREADY KNOW HOW THIS WORLD IS.....OR SHOULD I SAY HOW THIS TOWN IS....AND WHEN YOU WRITE STUFF LIKE THIS YOU HAVE JUST CREATED ANOTHER HEADLINE
