Curfew sounds like a great idea. The problem will be ENFORCING IT! I don't ever see too many cops patrolling late at night. How will this be enforced?I myself grew up in the times when we would hang out at Bloch Park or either the old Wal-Mart parking lot. Cops would come by from time to time and tell us to break it up, but they were just trying to keep too many people from loitering. Looking back, I don't see anything wrong with that. Usually when a lot of people would start to gather, a fight would end up breaking out. I guess it was a good thing that the cops would make us disperse.

Looks like somebodies house was shot up again around 2 this morning over on St. Phillips. Sounds like a lot more people need to be arrested.

All this does is make the black people hate the whites even more. If I were black, I would not want to remember what it was like to be a slave. I would worry about my future and not the past. Blacks have all the freedom in the world now and they need to take advantage of that and make a respectable life out of it. Lets not forget that up to one-half of all the arrivals in the American colonies were White slaves and they were America’s first slaves. These Whites were slaves for life, long before Blacks ever were. This slavery was even hereditary. White children born to White slaves were enslaved too. Whites were auctioned on the block with children sold and separated from their parents and wives sold and separated from their husbands. Free Black property owners strutted the streets of northern and southern American cities while White slaves were worked to death in the sugar mills of Barbados and Jamaica and the plantations of Virginia. But I forgot, nobody cares to remember this!

I feel sorry for all the single women in Selma if these are the best candidates the STJ can come up with. This has got to be a joke!
