I totally agree. This behavior is unacceptable and heinous.
I too agree that a felony is a felony and if we can post the name of a 16 year old and blog about his criminal acts, the same should be done for an adult who faces felony charges. (Yes, that was yesterdays news, but I’m going to keep bringing it up until someone explain...respond to the email inquiries STJ)
On another note, I hope parents will print this story for their daughters. There are a lot of young men out there who appear to be good friend/boyfriend material and they are not at the very least good company. (Btw, I’m in no way suggesting that this was the young lady's fault or that this thug was friend of hers) However, with so much sex exploited in society that target our young girls, I hope this is a lesson in disguise to be extremely careful of those around you including the young of age.

I sent the editor a message questioning why comments aren't allowed. I advise other curious blogger to do the same. I say ask the source

I don't think it was anything personal. Almost anywhere in the country, if an apartment is designated based on income then thats the first thing they tell you when you inquire about an application. This is even the case for certain houses that are Section 8. What if she would have just given it to you and you had taken your time to complete a nice application ony to learn that you were not eligible? That would have been a waste of resouces and by resources I mean your time. Just a thought :-) Good luck on your apartment search.

"Now if we could get some apartments for hard working people who do not wish to buy or build a home to live."
Ignorant describes a person who lacking knowledge or information as to a particular subject or fact:
The comments above are presumptuous and are not based on facts thus it is ignorant. You have presumed that individuals living in the complex are:
1. Not hard working
2. Do not wish to buy or build a home
It’s not immaturity, it is reading comprehension.
Now to get off of my soap box, let’s be happy for this progression and be thankful you have the finances to purchase or build a home and live in a nice community. Again, stop being envious of the poor, if you are a faithful person, have faith that God knows your labor and he will bless you accordingly.

Wow, a Roe v. Wade debate.
My point was not to bring attention to abortion, but rather to point out that a conservative can be liberal on certain issues. I am curious however about eyeoneyou’s comments. You seem to have given great attention this Supreme Court nominee, did you watch the judicial review for the last Justices added to the Court. Who are they and what did they say in their review? What was Sessions or any other Congressionals issues with them?

To be quite honest, a republican can have both liberal and conservative ideas. For example, I can be very liberal about my freedoms but very conservative when it comes abortion or taxes.
Eyeonyou and Popdukes12, should be very familiar with liberal ideology as it relates to freedom of speech, although their position on issues tend to be conservative.

Wow, all of you are ignorant. You just can't satisfy people these days. You renovate the neighborhood to elude criminal activity and you still complain. Again, I've never seen so many people jealous of the poor. I mean really, who want to be poor? I personally know someone who lives in the complex and she is not a thug. She is a single parent of one and suffering from cancer. She use to work, but her terminal illness no longer allows her to do so. She does not earn any income, but she keeps her daughter clean and provides for her the best she can. Yes, she may receive government supplements, but she also hustles by selling Avon. Does she too fall into your category of “thugs” “illegitimate” , “freeloaders” etc.
Give it a break ;-(

So whodat,
You're suggesting that if the sixteen year old was working and paying into the tax system, he would be justified in committing a felony?
On 16-year-old racks up felony charges across 4 counties
