I know for a fact the schools in Florida are some of the worse. I helped in my childs school for 4 years. The lottory did nothing but hurt the schools. So don't say it helps the schools. You want to help the schools, get involved with your schools and help them earn money for the schools. Most people send their kids to school for a baby sitter and expect the teacher to do everything else with that child. Help your kids with their homework, check their homework and make sure your invoved so your kids can finish school and make it to collage for a better life. Take care of your familys and stop crying over gambling and races. That race card is getting old.......go to school!!!!!

And again I say, if you know the bible. You would know that alot what happens to you in your life was meant to be. Christ knew you before you were born and how your life was to be. It's all for a purpose, to bring you down so low to show you, you can't do nothing without Christ in your life. You don't have to please anyone but him, if you trust and believe in him. You can do and be all things if you will give yourself to him and obey him. No Christian is perfect. We are not Jesus only he was perfect and that's why he died for our sins.

Slavery has be around even before Christ was born. I agree it was wrong but it's time to move on with more important things in life. Like loving one another and forgiveness. You can do all this threw Christ, read your bible everyday and pray to our real father, GOD! Really this is not about slavery it's about others making money off others. It's the greed and pride thing that God hates. Read your bible and you can learn all this. Give yourself to God not to the worldly things. God bless you all!

The Mayor is paid 70,000.......way too much. I don't care if he has a retirement job, that's to much for a Mayor. And after he leaves there he still will be taken care of. A Mayor should not make over 50,000. No wonder Selma has gone by the wayside . GREED FOR THE BIG DOGS!!!!

Oh come on people, everyone knows M.J. was a child molester and you know it........white or black a child molester is a child molester ! That's all people are doing now is making money off his name anyway they can because so many people idolized him. This world is so screwed up! SCRUFFY 2436, Your right, what a waste of money. You can't let your kids walk to school or ride a bike because of all the pedophiles out there just waiting on them. If you care anything about your kids support the teachers and the schools. Worry more about that then the sidewalks! Start an after school gym where kids can exercise and adults are around to keep them safe! Kids are coming up missing everyday, they come into your own home and take your kids!

Hey Liberty, What kind of drug are you on? How stupid are you? Drug dealers are Pushers!!!! Blame the goverment, come on!
