Agreed that "icyhot" needs a ticket or two for SPEEDING EXCESSIVELY and RECKLESS DRIVING.
The trooper that recently ticketed me for a rolling stop needs to sit right at County Rd 17 and Hwy 22 and bust "icyhot". Between 7:20 and 8:15 should do it.
