Morgan tops Jackson

SELMA — The Morgan Academy volleyball team stretched its season record to 13-2 with Tuesday’s 3-0 victory over Jackson Academy.

The win also gave the Senators an unbeaten region record of 7-0 going into next Tuesday’s region contest against Pike Liberal at Morgan.

Morgan also plays host to Kingwood on Tuesday, then goes to Kingwood on Thursday.

In other Morgan volleyball action, the Senators junior varsity squad finished off Meadowview and Jackson thi s week to continue its undefeated season.

The junior varsity volleyball lteam is 10-0.
