Lowndes Academy beats Autauga 49-6

Lowndes racked up 536 total yards in the game — 475 rushing off 52 carries and 61 in the air in this win.

Anderson Casey completed 5-of-7 passes and ran the ball 13 times for 140 yards and a touchdown. Tyler Bozeman was the leading rusher with 191 yards off 15 carries. He scored three touchdowns. Brandon Pate, Chance Ward and Scott Davis all scored a touchdown each.

On the defensive side of the ball, Lowndes forced seven turnovers — three interceptions and four fumble recoveries. Leading in tackles were Buddy Bush with seven and an interception; Tyler had five tackles and James Haygood had six tackles.
