Jewell Fuqua, age 85, of Selma, passed away Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016.

She is preceded by her husband, Lewis H. Fuqua; sisters, Gladys Rosser and Alice Johnson; brothers, Oscar Sellers, Thomas Sellers and Vernon Sellers.

Mrs. Fuqua is survived by her son, Tony Fuqua (Angie); daughter, Debra Hughey, Brenda Ingram (Tom) and Lisa Keasler (Buddy); seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, Jan. 24 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home.
