Mrs. Theresa L. Oden, 41, of Jones, passed away June 27, 2015, at UAB Hospital Birmingham.
Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 14, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Figtree Living Word Church in Jones with pastor Jeffery Bolden officiating. Burial will follow in Figtree Cemetery in Jones with Randall Miller Funeral directing.
She is survived by her husband, James Oden; parents Lazarus Howard Sr.; son, Juwan Howard; two daughters, Maresa Howard; step-daughter, Maya Swift; brothers, Anderson Wells, Maurice Howard, William (Veola) Howard and Lazarus Howard Jr.; sisters, Katie Jackson, Janice Howard, Julia (Willie) Tyes and Barbara Howard; Godchildren, Cameron and Diamond; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
