High schools ready for graduations

The seven high schools within Dallas County have announced their plans for upcoming graduation ceremonies.

Ellwood Christian Academy will have its graduation on May 21 at the school’s gym at 6 p.m. The school’s baccalaureate service will be held May 17 at 10 a.m. at Ellwood Christian Church.

On May 21 Selma High School will also hold its commencement ceremony at Memorial Stadium at 7 p.m. In the event of rain, the program will move indoors at Selma High School.

Dallas County High School’s graduation will be on May 21 at Dallas County High School’s football field at 6:30 p.m. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the school’s gymnasium. Tickets will be issued to graduates if the graduation takes place in the gym.

Keith High School will also hold its graduation ceremony on May 21 in the school’s gym at 7 p.m.

Southside High School will host its graduation May 21 at the school’s football field at 6 p.m. In case of rain, the event will still take place outside.

On May 22 Meadowview Christian School will have its commencement at Wasden Field, the school’s football field, at 7 p.m. The ceremony will be moved to the school’s gym if it rains.

Morgan Academy will have its commencement ceremony May 22 at 7 p.m. at the school’s gymnasium.
