Ida Mae Turner Barnes, 89, a resident of Selma, passed September 27, 2014. Funeral services are scheduled for 11am Wednesday Oct. 1, 2014 at Brown Chapel AME Church with Pastor Leodis Strong officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of J H Williams & Sons Funeral Home.

Survivors include two daughter, Gwendolyn T. Hill (Bill) of Spring Hill, FL and Terri Barnes Smith of Selma; two granddaughters, April T Lawrie of New York, NY and Danielle A. Smith of Selma.
