Ms. Lela Mae Ellis, 52, resident of Selma, passed away March 12, 2014 in Selma. Services will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014, 1:00 p.m. at Aimwell Missionary Baptist Church, Hazen, AL, officiated by Rev. Sammy McDole. Burial will follow in church cemetery directed by Randall Miller Funeral Home.

Survivors include spouse, Willie Ellis; two daughters, Edna Furlow (Terrance Thomas) and Helen (James) Ellis; grandchildren, Kaylee, Kamari, Kameron, and James Ellis; brother, Derrick (Joi) Edwards; four sisters, Deloise Young (Johnny Hunter), Jeanette (Mike) Parker, Bonita (Calvin) Andrews, Geraldine (Sylvester) Gloss; a host of nieces and nephews; one god-son, Saderrion Ruben; god-sister, Cassandra Carter; special friend, Alphonso Toliver; eleven aunts and five uncles.
