William D. Henderson, age 83, of Selma, AL, passed away March 9, 2014. He was born December 12, 1930 in Selma, AL.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-eight years, Christine Henderson; children, David Henderson, Al Henderson and Richard (Lisa) Henderson; sisters, Bessie Summerlin, Eva Jo Ledbetter and Jessie Mae Larkin; grandchildren, Kevin (Catherine) Henderson, Lori (Dillan) Cooper, Tiffany (Chris) Ingram, Eric Henderson, J. D. Henderson and Shannon Denney and great-grandchildren, Sunny Henderson, Kevin Henderson, Jr., Joseph Henderson, Gabby Henderson, Cason Ingram, Emma Kate Cooper, Angel Denney and Katelin Denney.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Doty and Rev. Ed Byrom officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 11, 2014 from 5-7:00 p.m. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing.

Pallbearers will be Mark Cook, Kevin Henderson, Eric Henderson, J. D. Henderson, Chris Ingram and Dillan Cooper.
