Susie Cora Hall French Ishman ,89 , resident of Selma, Alabama, passed away October 29, 2013 at Home.

Services are scheduled for November 02, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Trinity Lutheran Church ,Selma, AL officiated by Pastor Steven Washington.

Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery Directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

Survivors include nine children, Adelaide Grant, Victorville, CA; Patricia (Sylvester) Hatcher, Pensacola, Fla.; Horace French, Jr., Carson, CA; Shirley(Alvin) Bettis, Tracy , CA; Barbara (Donald) Brown, Alberta, AL; Paulette Ishman, Roosevelt Ishman, Jr. , Selma, AL; Larry (Caroll) Ishman, Sr. , Prattville, AL; Cynthia (Fernando) Shine Sr., Concord, NC; 22 grandchildren,18 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren; one sister, Thelma Robinson (Ferdinand) – Cleveland, Ohio; a multitude of nephews and nieces, five sisters- in –laws; one brother – in –law.

She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. Matthew & Pearlie Hall; two husbands Horace French Sr. and Roosevelt Ishman, Sr.; two sons Gregory H. Ishman and Edward S. French, three brothers David, Agee and Archer Hall; four sisters Lillie Hall, Margaret Hall, Cornelia L. Hall Byrd and Etta Mae Brown; multitude of cousins and faithful neighbors and friends in her Selmont Community.
