Mr. Lee A. Cook, 66, resident of Selma, passed away October 5, 2013 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services will be held Saturday, October 12, 2013, 12:00 noon at Historic Brown Chapel AME Church officiated by Rev. Leodis Strong. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Gardens directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse, Annie Cook; two daughters, Angela (Barrio) Johnson, Barbara Cook; three grandchildren, Bria Cook, Tamera Cook, and Tia Cook; sister-in-law, Gussella (Jessie) Jackson; brothers-in-laws, Leonard (Marilyn) Hicks, and John Hicks.
