Mr. Randolph Tyre Jr., 77, resident of Selma, passed away April 26, 2013 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services will be held May 4, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at New Bethel Baptist Church, Collirene, AL officiated by Rev. J. D. Ruffin. Burial will follow in The Mount Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse Mrs. Barbara Jean Tyre; three sons, Randy Tyre , Kenneth Tyre (Hilda), and Eugene Tyre (Sylvia); four daughter, Jackie Webster (Waldo), Ann Arbor, MI., Paulette Dawson, Atlanta, GA., Pamela Tyre, Selma, AL, Mary Ann Smith (Ronald), Chicago, IL.; five brothers, Roosevelt Tyre (Shirley), Chicago, IL; Leamon (Katrina), Miami, FL., Arthur Tyre, Orlando, FL., Ulysses Tyre, Orlando, FL., and Robert Tyre, Selma, AL; four sisters, Willie Lee Smith, Orlando, FL, Alberta King, Selma, AL, Annie L. Leacock, Orlando, Fl., Rosa M. Summers (Allen), Orlando, Fl.; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, two sons-in-laws, three daughters-in-laws; uncles, Hugh Hardy, Birmingham, AL, Montgomery Hardy, Selma, AL. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
