Jewel Coley O’Shields, age 82, of Selma, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2013.

She was a member of Elkdale Baptist Church and worked at the Selma PAL Center for 12 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Robert O’Shields Sr., daughter: Debbie Vogler; and son: Robert O’Shields Jr.

Mrs. O’Shields is survived by her son: Michael O’Shields; granddaughter: Jayra (Mark) Smith, Christy McKay, Leah Burns, Jennifer Miller, and great grandchildren: Daylan and Gavin Smith.

Graveside services will be held at New Live Oak Cemetery on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:00a.m. with Mark Smith officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
