Carolyn Ruth Duke, age 62, of Valley Grande, AL, passed away March 24, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Emma Prescott and grandchildren, Michael Duke and Sidney Thomas Riley.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Duke; son, Dale (Glenda) Duke; daughter, Jennifer (George) Riley; brother, Paul (Linda) Prescott; sisters, Betty (Kenneth) Brady, Mary A. Payne and Faye (Raymond) Dobbs; grandchildren, Kristin Riley, Parker Duke and Zack Duke and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Pineview Memory Gardens with Rev. James A. Duke, Jr. officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 5-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Parker Duke, Tooter Piper, Larry Lovelady, Kirk Jones, Caleb Palmer, Don Perry and Zack Duke. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Martin and Jonathan Chandler.
