In Class 4A, the Dallas County High School boys basketball team (24-5, ranked No. 1 in Class 4A) will host Dadeville High School on Friday at 7 p.m. in a Central Sub-Regional game.

As a result of losing in the area championship game, the Selma High School girls and the Dallas County High School girls basketball teams will each have to travel on Thursday.

In Class 4A, the Dallas County Lady Hornets will travel to Dadeville on Thursday at 7 p.m. in a Central Sub-Regional game.

In Class 5A, the Selma Lady Saints (20-11) will travel to Central-Tuscaloosa High School (23-5) on Thursday at 7 p.m. in a Central Sub-Regional game.

The Central Regional Tournament will run Feb. 18-23 at Alabama State University’s Acadome in Montgomery, while the South Regional Tournament will take place Feb. 18-23 in Mobile at the University of South Alabama’s Mitchell Center.
