Mr. Lewis Sharpe,Jr., 63, resident of Selma, passed away January 31, 2013 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services will be held February 9, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Ararat Missionary Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Dr. L.L. Ruffin. Burial will be held Monday, February 11, 2013, 11:00 a.m. in Alabama National Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

He is preceded in death by parents, Lewis Sharpe Sr. and Bernice Sharpe; brother, Nelson Sharpe.

Survivors include spouse, Levonia Sharpe; five sons, Lewis Sharpe III (Patricia) , Quentin Sharpe (Irene), Keigh-Ty Sharpe (Nikki), Marcus Sharpe, Dwight Sharpe (Angela); one daughter, Youlanda Moorer (Gerald); two brothers, Alfred Sharpe, Leon Sharpe; three sisters, Geraldine Barley (Collins), Coretta Sharpe ( Marc), Jennie Beard (Steven); fourteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, one son-in-law, four daughters-in-laws, four brothers-in-laws, two sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews; favorite uncle; Mr. Charlie Smith.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
