Mr. Fred Harris Jr., 64, resident of Selma, passed away November 29, 2012 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at Miller Funeral Chapel, Selma officiated by Rev. John L. Ward. Burial will follow in Society Cemetery, Burnsville, AL, directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

 

Survivors include spouse Rosie M. Brown-Harris; two sons, Fred Harris III and Michael Harris; three daughters, Catherine D. Harris, Rosetta Harris, and Grandella McKinley; two brothers, Arthur Cowan and Andy Cowan ; six sisters, Peggy Cowan, Edith Cowan, Etta Cowan, Gladys (Walter) Williams, Barbara Cowan, and Bobby J. Cowan; sixteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two sons-in-laws, two daughters-in-laws, two brothers-in-laws
