Keifer “Pop” Bohannon, age 90, of Jones, AL, passed away December 1, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Bohannon.

He is survived by his sons, Johnnie Bohannon, Noah (Sarah) Bohannon and Richard Bohannon; daughters, Gail (Tommy) Averette and Brenda Montgomery; nineteen grandchildren and forty four great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Selma Funeral home with Rev. Mike Andrijiszyn officiating. Interment will be in New Live Oak cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday, December 3, 2012, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be, Richard Averette, Jacob Averette, Ryan Averette, James Bing, Shane Bohannon and Robert Bohannon.
