Billford “Bill” Hall, age 75, of Selma, AL, passed away Monday, November 12, 2012. Mr. Hall was a deacon at Shiloh Baptist Church of Sardis, AL. He retired from Bessemer Oil Company with 35 years of service. Bill was an avid outdoorsman, he loved his Lord, and was a wonderful father and Paw Paw. He was preceded in death by his daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Ronnie Thacker; his parents, James R. and Willie Hall; two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty L. Hall; his son, Tim (Ronna) Hall; his daughter, Vickie (Phillip) Knight; six grandchildren, Jillian, Hunter, Jacob, Clint, Ray and Laura; his brother, James R. (Linda) Hall and his sister, Lillian Norris. Funeral services at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Friday, November 16, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with burial in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
