Shantay Hatcher, 40, resident of Birmingham, AL, passed away September 22, 2012 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for Saturday, September 29, 2012, 1:30 p.m. at John the Baptist Church officiated by Minister John Lumpkin.

Burial will follow in Fulton Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include parents Eugene and Rosie Hatcher; one son, John Antonio Hayes; four daughters, Shantell Ronesha Hatcher, Ebony Sandria Hatcher, Destiny Dontae Hatcher, and Lakeidra Keon Hatcher; ten brothers, Eugene Hatcher Jr., Curtis Bennett, Gerrick Hatcher (D), Derrick Hatcher, Towyanger Hatcher, Myron Hatcher, Marcus Hatcher, Marzett Hatcher, Norris Hatcher, and Kelvin Hatcher; six sisters, Lisa Hatcher, Sharon Hatcher, Sheryl H. Tucker, Temekia Hatcher, Shalonda H. Hale, and Pashanna Hatcher; three grandchildren, two brothers-in-laws, two sisters-in-laws, twenty seven nieces, eighteen nephews. Other relatives include ten great nephews, twelve great nieces, and a loving and devoted companion of ten years, Mr. Tracy Sanders. Pallbearers will be Keith High School Class of 1990 (classmates).
