Lelia Mae Brown, 84, resident of Selma, passed away September 22, 2012 in Dothan, AL. Services are scheduled for Saturday, September 29, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Little Rock Church officiated by Rev. M. Mickle. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

She is preceded in death by parents Julia and John Hicks.

Survivors include six sons, William Hicks of Bethlehem, GA., Eldridge Brown of Joneboro, CA., Jeremiah Brown, Larry Brown, James Brown, and Roy Brown all of Selma, AL; two daughters Ceola Kenon, Dothan, AL, and Rose Snell, San Francisco, CA.; two brothers, Walter Lee Hicks of Pensacola, FL. and Jimmy Lee Hicks of San Jose, CA.; one sister, Ethel Mae Sharrod, Atlanta, GA.; twenty five grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, two sons-in-laws, three daughters-in-laws, one brother-in-law, two sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be William Hicks, Jeremiah Brown, Eldridge Brown, Roy Brown, James Brown, and Larry Brown.
