Southside men power past Bibb

The Panthers didn’t let up, as they took a 38-19 lead into halftime and never let Bibb County get closer than 16 points the rest of the way.

Javon Hall led the Panthers in scoring on the night with 13 points off the bench, while Jones had 12 points, Mack had 11 points, and Oliver had 9 points for Southside.

The win keeps the Panthers tied atop Class 4A Area 6 with rival Dallas County High School.

The Panthers have one more area game remaining on the road against Bibb County on Monday, Jan. 30.

The Panthers next game will be a non-area contest on Friday at Central Hayneville with games starting at 5 p.m.
